Compliance Testing Process

Our streamlined compliance testing process is designed to be efficient and thorough.

Step Description
1. Adopter Registration Complete the online application form and provide details about your company. You will receive the adopter agreement to sign.

Annual administration fee: $10,000

2. Download and Review Program Materials

3. Testing & Validation Submit your device for comprehensive testing at an Authorized Test Center (approved third-party facility).
4. Compliance Confirmation Upon successful completion of compliance testing, your device is recognized as Eclipsa Audio compliant and you will receive a license to use the Eclipsa Audio trademarks with your compliant device.

Compliance Requirements

To be eligible for the Eclipsa Audio Compliance Program, devices must adhere to the following key requirements:

  • Compliance Testing by ATC (Authorized Test Center) for Decoding Device. Self-testing for Capture Device and Encoding Tool.
  • Full adherence to the latest IAMF audio format specifications.
